Shipping

She's Country offers regular and express postage options across Australia. 
All parcels come with tracking with Australia Post.
Please note, She's Country does not accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels during transit. 

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on purchases. 
For faulty items, store credit or product exchange will be offered but this does not include general wear and tear or misuse of items. 
If you have a faulty item, please contact us at [email protected] so we can rectify this for you ASAP.

Processing Time

Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be dispatched as a majority of our products are made to order.

Sizing

One size fits most in the adult sock savers and adult neck scarves. Please note, no 2 pairs of sock savers are exactly the same. They may slightly vary in size and the pattern in the fabric may vary between each pair.
